BOOKING
In order to reserve your cake on your event date you can either pay in full or pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. Without payment in full or a deposit, unfortunately, we will be unable to reserve your date and priority will be given to the paying customer. If you order your cake 14 days (or less) before your requested delivery date - full payment would be required to secure your order.
Cupcake orders - full payment will be required (minimum 5 days notice required).

YOUR DEPOSIT
Reserves a date for me to create your cake, if you cancel your order for any reason the non-refundable deposit gives me some reimbursement for the loss of all the potential orders that are turned down for the date you reserved with me and the time I have spent planning and preparing your order. I limit the number of orders I take for each date/weekend which gives me more time to spend creating your special cake.

BALANCE PAYMENTS

Balance payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If payment is not made by the due date unfortunately, the cake reservation will automatically be cancelled. It is your responsibility to get in touch with me if you are experiencing balance payment difficulties and I can discuss your options with you. I will do everything I can to help with regards to any difficulties you may be experiencing. If you don't contact me at all, and ignore my attempts to contact you via email or phone, then I would have no option but to cancel.

CANCELLATION
Sales Policy states that all deposits are non-refundable and no deposit refunds are given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the order's due date, this is due to my full schedule and attention to detail, as I spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning to create a cake. If your balance payment is not received 2 weeks before delivery, your order will automatically be cancelled.
